UBC’s Expenditure Guidelines are here to help faculty and staff improve transparency and enhance the stewardship of public funds. These guidelines and their guiding principles supplement UBC Policies #83, #84 and #115, and cover other operational activities and expenses. Granting agencies’ guidelines, terms of contracts or a unit’s own more stringent internal policies take precedence over these guidelines.
