Finance Resources for Workday

As the university transitions to Workday, UBC's central finance teams are sharing information on key changes and mapping out business process adjustments that are needed to support our community.

This information is outside of UBC's Integrated Renewal Program (IRP), but is critical in supporting the university in a successful transition.

Review finance information for Workday through UBC's Self-Service Portal (CWL required).

To provide the finance community with information on key changes to finance business processes, these pages detail what has changed, what has not changed, who is affected, and what action to take for each key area.

Use these tools to review the relationship between PeopleSoft chartfields and Workday worktags, and explore what reports are available in Workday.
