Financial Operations has a dedicated team providing support and assistance to UBC faculty and staff who have supply management and operational finance questions.

Starting November 2, 2020, the Customer Support Centre in Financial Operations will transition into the Integrated Service Centre. After Workday go-live please contact the Integrated Service Centre.

As part of the transition into Workday, all OPT transactions, including UBC VISA reconciliations, must be fully approved in OPT by October 22, 2020. Any expenses not approved by the deadline will need to be re-submitted as expense reports in Workday. For more information please visit Preparing for Workday Go-Live (CWL login required).
