Siret Ulp joins Finance & Integrated Services as Procurement Programs Advisor

Siret Ulp joins Finance & Integrated Services as the new Procurement Programs Advisor on November 8th. She will play a vital role in implementing UBC’s approach for Indigenous procurement, Inclusive procurement, Environmentally Sustainable procurement and other strategic procurement projects. She will be working with many of you to effectively deliver on operational requirements, processes and procedures as UBC’s programs develop.

Siret comes to us with over 7 years of experience in supply chain management, most recently at TD Synnex in Barcelona, Spain. At TD Synnex she held various positions, including Process Improvement Expert. She was responsible for cross functional central supply chain process improvement, project coordination and led projects ranging from re-engineering and optimizing business processes, to conducting data analysis to designing and delivering training to support staff. Additionally, she works as an independent researcher in sustainability. Siret is fluent in several languages, enjoys painting and the active outdoor lifestyle in Vancouver.

Siret holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Sustainability from Tallinn University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Management.
