Welcome Divya Shetty, New ISC Service Centre Manager

Divya joins the ISC Service Desk team to work alongside co-Manager, Liam Murphy, and Senior Manager, Veekay Padhi. Divya has been with the ISC since May 2023, in her first role as a Service Desk Support Specialist, where she demonstrated an exemplary work ethic, people-first approach and unwavering commitment to excellence.

With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University Canada West, she is an accomplished customer service professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles involving complex stakeholder management across diversified global industries.

In her free time, Divya loves walking, cycling and playing badminton, as well as being around animals and outdoors in nature.
