For individual information relating to your pay or tax slips, please log into Workday using your campus-wide login (CWL). If you need support visit the UBC Self-Service Portal to review detailed information about Workday through the Knowledge Base and to access help from Payroll Operations (CWL required).

Payroll Deadlines and Calendar

Important dates for payroll, including pay dates, deadlines for employee time entry/submission, and supervisor approval deadlines, are available in list format, or you can download the complete payroll calendar for 2025 as a PDF.
