Changes to Create Receipt: ‘Fully Receive’ checkbox now appears at the line item level

When creating a receipt or resolving a match exception for goods and services received, the ‘Fully Receive’ checkbox will now appear at the line item level instead of the PO level. This will bring more accuracy to the process of tracking and invoicing items.
