Updating supplier addresses in Workday before the next busy tax season

This month, UBC's Finance & Integrated Services will contact suppliers eligible for a T4A in early 2025. They will be informed that a tax form will be mailed out to their address and will receive instructions to connect with their UBC contact to update their information in Workday if needed.

If a supplier you work with contacts you to update their address, please help them by submitting a "supplier change request" (CWL required) in Workday for this purpose.
