T4 / T4A Statements for Faculty and Staff Are Now Available
UBC issues tax slips online as PDFs that are identical to the printed form and are accepted by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) when filing your taxes.
UBC faculty and staff can now access their payroll-related 2020 T4 and T4A tax slips for personal income tax returns through Workday.
An active CWL ID and password are required. If you need support accessing your tax slips, please review the following knowledge base articles:
Former employees who left UBC between January 1, 2020 and October 31, 2020 will be mailed a paper copy of their T4. These employees can also access their T4 and T4A tax slips in Workday using their CWL account.
Former employees who left UBC between November 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 can access their T4 and T4A tax slips through Workday using their CWL account.

Tax slips from previous tax years can still be accessed through Peoplesoft (please note that users need to be signed in to UBC’s VPN to access).

Please note: As was announced earlier this year, UBC will also be issuing T2200S forms for the 2020 tax year for employees to use, if necessary, when claiming home office expenses.
