Ongoing Support for Calumo

Over the past few weeks, as the initial steps of developing a finance data and reporting strategy for UBC, we introduced an expanded toolset for our finance community:

• Calumo: We have secured the Calumo business intelligence tool as a new option for the UBC finance community to use for management reporting and data analytics. We are working in conjunction with the University Data Platform (UDaP) team on integrating data between Workday, Adaptive and Calumo.
• Power BI: Power BI will empower our teams to uncover actionable insights and track key performance indicators with more up-to-date information. We are working with IT and the Data Governance group to support Power BI.

Thank you to those of you who have so far joined training sessions supporting Calumo. We will continue updating the finance community on development within the tool (i.e., new reports, views, etc.) as information becomes available.

We are also pleased to share that we will continue offering drop-in sessions for Calumo each Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 am. The link to the drop-in sessions is available on the “Get Support” page in Calumo (please note you must have your VPN turned on to access). These sessions will be ongoing opportunities for you to ask questions, request demos, and troubleshoot.
