Jimmy Gau joins ISC Service Desk as ISC Service Centre Manager

Welcome Jimmy Gau, New ISC Service Centre Manager

Jimmy joins the ISC Service Desk team to work alongside co-Managers, Liam Murphy and Divya Shetty, and Senior Manager, Veekay Padhi.

As a former UBC student and coming from his previous role with IRP Student as a Business Systems Analyst, Jimmy is deeply dedicated to understanding the needs of UBC community members, endeavoring to address challenges through technological solutions, streamlined processes, and customized business analysis.

As father of two boys (and two furry boys), Jimmy enjoys learning about new cultures, foods, traditions, and perspectives of friends from around the world.
