Grants Dashboard Access in Workday

Workday is live, but until all reports are migrated into Workday, users should continue to use UBC’s Financial Management System (FMS) to view grant transactions and balances.

Grant transactions and balances are are up-to-date in FMS until the end of October. Users should access Workday to support all new grant activities and regular processes (e.g. expenses and hiring).

A Grants Dashboard status update will be made available as soon as possible, and those holding the following Workday security roles will receive an email update directly:

Grants Manager
Principal Investigator (PI)
PI Administrator
