Early payroll deadline to enter and approve time for December
To accommodate the winter break, the deadline for time entry, submission and approval is December 21, 2022.
The deadline for employees and timekeepers to enter and submit time (both absences and hours worked), and for managers to approve time submitted in Workday, is Wednesday, December 21, 2022 for the pay periods of:
- December 16–December 31, 2022 for monthly employees
- December 9–December 23, 2022 for hourly employees
Managers are advised to set up delegation if they will be away from work and unable to access Workday during this period. For guidance on how to do this, please refer to the Set Up Delegation in the Workday Knowledge Base.
Any unplanned absences (e.g. sick time) or corrections to vacation for these pay periods must be submitted no later than January 8, 2023 and managers must approve by January 9, 2023.
