Congratulations to our successful CFE writers for 2022

Please join UBC Finance in congratulating Wesam Mostadi, Accounts Payable Team Lead and Jen Zhou, Payroll Reconciliation Analyst in the VP Finance & Operations, and Anas Qartoumeh, Finance Manager in VP Research and Innovation (VPRI) Portfolio in UBC Okanagan on passing their 2022 Common Final Exam (CFE), their last exam before becoming a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

The rigorous three-day exam, administered by Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, requires candidates to demonstrate depth and breadth of competency development in accordance with the CPA Competency Map.  The candidates will then complete a period of practical experience and professional development before they can apply for membership as a full CPA in British Columbia.
