Access card only for 5th floor of Technology Enterprise Facility 3 (TEF 3)

Effective May 1, the fifth floor of Technology Enterprise Facility 3 (TEF 3) will be restricted to card access only. Elevators to the fifth floor will be locked and restricted from public access.   

For guest access, please coordinate in advance with the building user. Deliveries may use the Intercom to request access to the building.  

A reminder: 

  • Deposit drop-off at TEF 3 is no longer available: Please drop off deposits at your nearest Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). The closest one on the UBC Vancouver campus is UBC Wesbrook Village (5905 Berton Avenue, BC V6S 0B3). Learn more about cash or cheque deposits
  • Credit card pickup is no longer available: New UBC Visa cards and card renewals will be mailed out to the address on file during the application. Learn more about Applying for a UBC credit card
  • Cheque pickup is no longer available: Cheque payments for UBC suppliers (processed through a supplier invoice or supplier invoice request) will either be mailed out by Canada Post to the supplier mailing address on file or redirected via Campus Mail to a UBC location.

In February, the front counter reception on the fifth floor of TEF 3 has closed. To ensure the safety and security of our workspace, the elevators to the 5th floor will be card access only.
