UBC supplier tax forms for 2024

UBC mails out a copy of the tax forms (T4A and T5) every year by early February. UBC mails T4A-NR forms upon issuance.

If you are a UBC supplier and did not receive the tax forms or would like a digital copy, please download your tax forms directly from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website through My Account and/or My Business Account.

If you are a UBC faculty or staff member who works with suppliers, please advise them that they can download their tax forms directly from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website.
