Increase in Direct Travel and SAP-Concur service fee effective February 1, 2024

Following the recent comprehensive formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process conducted by BCNet, and the subsequent careful consideration and negotiations in light of the evolving travel industry landscape since COVID-19, there will be an adjustment to the travel management company service fees including SAP-Concur fees.  

These increases are deemed necessary to ensure Direct Travel can continue delivering high-quality service and support from their dedicated post-secondary advisory team and support services for SAP-Concur, UBC’s online booking tool.  

The new booking service fees are available on the Booking Service Fees page. All rates are in Canadian funds and exclude GST.
