We provide a range of free programs for eligible UBC employees who require specific training in UBC’s financial processes, procedures and systems.
Study online at your own pace or in a classroom setting. Most programs require departmental approval before registering and many have pre-requisites. A valid CWL ID is required for all courses. Please contact us with any training questions.
Finance Support Program (FSP)
The FSP is an online financial training program for UBC administrators. It covers the 10 most common elements associated with an administrator’s role within a department.

FMS Access Requests
To gain access to the Financial Management Information System (FMS), the appropriate form has to be submitted. FMS Access Forms can be found under Quicklinks >> Forms. Select 'General' from the 'Section' dropdown menu and click on 'Search' to filter the list. The description of each form will help you determine the appropriate form based on your access requirements.
