VPFO Customer Experience Survey: Working with the UBC Finance Portal

In January this year the UBC Finance website transitioned into two new platforms: an external site for the public and a secure Finance Portal built on SharePoint for UBC employees. This is a critical step in enhancing security, improving compliance, centralizing access, and preparing for UBC's Microsoft 365 roadmap. 

 

 

Your feedback helps us design the best services for UBC. The Finance Portal will be continuously improved based on user feedback. Please share your input to help us understand your experience, and where we can make changes that enable our community to access the information they need.
