Is there an unknown charge on the department’s general ledger?

Journal entries created under group XXX/PUX are from the UBC Brokerage charges, but in order to determine the source and to further investigate this transaction, contact Customer Support and provide a screenshot of the ledger as it contains the identifying information. 

Where do I find information in importing and exporting goods?

Departments and units are responsible for managing the shipping of goods ordered. 

All shipments consigned to UBC are reported to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). UBC’s customs broker, Livingston International, holds Power of Attorney to clear customs shipments, prepare customs documentation and pay duties and taxes on behalf of UBC.
