Update on Contacting Payroll

The Payroll team is continuing to evaluate the best approach to serve UBC’s faculty and staff community.

As a result, Payroll Operations is requesting that all payroll inquiries be submitted via the UBC self-service portal, effective September 1, 2021.

Payroll will address the submitted tickets in order of priority, which will assist us in identifying issues impacting our processes as well as opportunities for long-term solutions.

As we continue to stabilize with the new Workday system, we will continue to adjust in order to provide the best service possible to the UBC community. We thank you in advance for your support.
