Information for UBC Travellers: Coronavirus in China

There have been reports of respiratory infections in Wuhan, China, which are attributed to a new coronavirus. Cases have also been reported in other cities in China and outside China in Japan, Taiwan, United States, South Korea and Thailand. According to the BC Centre for Disease Control (Jan. 21): “The risk to British Columbians and Canadians is considered low.”
