Important Notice About Tuition Waivers for Faculty, Academic Executives, and their Dependent Children

The current system for submitting Tuition Waivers is experiencing technical problems which prevent Faculty, Academic Executives and their dependents from successfully submitting Tuition Waiver requests for Term 2.

A manual process is in place to apply for credit-course Tuition Waivers for the mentioned groups, and will remain in place until the technical issue is resolved. The deadline for Winter Session Term 2 tuition waiver submission is still January 14. For more details please visit the Tuition Waivers page on the UBC HR website.

Please note that the technical issues do not affect staff applying for Tuition Waivers for credit and non-credit courses.
