2019/2020 Year End Schedule Now Available

The university's fiscal year end of March 31, 2020, is fast approaching, and similar to prior years UBC's financial teams have collaborated on a schedule to support the university community in closing out the fiscal year for accounting purposes.

This year's cut-off for year end processing is Wednesday, April 8th, and the BC Provincial Government deadline for year end financial statements is April 21, 2020.

Adherence to the year end schedule is critical to provide adequate time for the preparation of UBC's financial statements, and we ask for the support of the community in ensuring that all charges relating to the 2019/2020 fiscal year are included in this year's financial results. To support this process, a consolidated set of campus-wide submission dates has been created, along with year end checklists.
