To access your T4 or T4A online:

1. Log in to Self Service at http://www.msp.ubc.ca/

2. Select "Year End Slips"

3. Read and accept the Agreement to receive your slip electronically

4. Click on the slip icon for the appropriate year:

NOTE: When clicking the icon for the slip, it causes a new window to open up with the document. Pop-up blocking set up in your browser, or through third-party software can prevent this from working. Please ensure that popup blocking is turned off. See FAQs for assistance with popup blocking.
